It is probably just a matter of time before they come out with a remake of Grease. Next year the movie will be 35 years old! We have seen Footloose, Dirty Dancing and The Karate Kid all be modernized for the new generation. Olivia Newton John was on CNN’s Showbiz Tonight. And, she said she wasn’t opposed to a remake. Olivia thinks Taylor Swift would make a good Sandy because she is very talented. Who else did Olivia think would be good for her former role? “My daughter, I’ve always thought she could.”

A. Olivia is 63. So I’ll cut her some slack. But girl, ’tis better to age graceful than with a face full of bovine toxin. That’s my opinion.
